Bantu-Edge is a research and strategic advisory practice working at the intersection of climate, policy, socio-economic development, and learning. We support institutions operating in complex environments to navigate uncertainty, design for equity, and translate evidence into decisions that matter.
Our work combines rigorous analysis with practical strategy. We partner with public institutions, development partners, and civil society organisations that value integrity, context, and accountability — not just delivery for its own sake.
Bantu-Edge was founded in response to a recurring gap in climate and development work: strong research that does not meaningfully shape action, monitoring systems that prioritise reporting over learning, and engagement processes that overlook lived experience. We exist to work in that gap.
To build a trusted ecosystem of partners and institutions working collaboratively to create lasting, equitable impact.
To deliver rigorous research, strategic advisory, and learning design that enable organisations to navigate complexity and act with clarity and purpose.
